Who am I?

Welcome to darrenhunter.net, this site designed to be an online portfolio of my work. Let me introduce myself I am Darren Hunter, owner and web master of DarrenHunter.Net. I have worked in the I.T. industry for the past 14 years in a number of different roles, from an I.T support technician to software developer.

If you take a look at my curriculum vita you will find a full history of my employment. At the current time I am specialising in .Net development using Visual Studio 2010.

My main development language is Visual Basic.Net but I can also develop in C#, my main development areas include Winforms, ASP.Net (that this site created in), MVC and Silverlight.

This version of the site is a refresh, I have removed some of the web sites from my portfolio that been rebuilt by other people since I was made redundant from Templar communication.

I have also removed some of the older content as I do not feel that it is relevant to this iteration of the site.

My intention with this iteration of the site is to keep it as up to date as I can with projects I am working on. Please take the time to look around.

I would also like to add at this point that I am both dyslexic and dyspraxic.
